Yes, because "that form" of CSS is plain-text CSS - the only editable form of CSS.<div><br></div><div>The GPL does not compel the developer to write easily-readable or easily-understood code - nor does the GPL compel the developer to cater to the whims of end users regarding their coding practices; rather, it merely compels the developer to provide code in the FILE FORMAT that is preferred for editing.</div>
