<div>I saw <span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial; ">wp_enqueue_style() in a previous ticket and didn't see it added to the theme. I guess it doesn't really apply since the sheets are imported and the ie.css is within a conditional statement, correct?</span></div>
