My 2 cents: Themes should be original. Copying an existing website<br>
(especially a well known one) should not be allowed in the repo.<br>

Copying the look and or feel of something else that is not a website<br>
is debatable. If it's unique enough and just sorta reminds you of that<br>
thing, then I'd say that's fine. There's some creativity there, in<br>
that you're making a website out of the look of something else which<br>
is not a website.<br>
