</div>Just upgraded my sites to 3.1-alpha yesterday. The new admin bar does<br>
obscure the top 30-ish pixels or so. But it seems to be limited to<br>
logged in users, or possibly only admins (haven't looked yet). I don't<br>
think it activates for anon users, so I don't think it has any theme<br>
relevance.<br>
