The jquery.lazyload is just a packed version of a fairly common jquery<br>
lazyloader code snippet you can find all over the web.<br>

The all.js is actually the packed version of all.bak.js, which is<br>
right there in the directory. Decoding it gives the same code (minus<br>
comments and linefeeds and such).<br>

So while I'd reject it on general principles, doesn't look like<br>
malicious intent.<br>
