Okay, here's what I've got so far. Thanks to Simon's help, it now<br>
checks for almost everything in the theme review criteria (at least<br>
the stuff that can be automatically checked for).<br>

It's just a testbed, basically. The actual final code will be<br>
drastically different in implementation. Upload it on a local<br>
webserver to test. You'll need the php zip libraries installed. Works<br>
fine with XAMPP as a test platform.<br>

The only import part is the various checks, which are all in the<br>
checks directory. Those probably won't change other than in minor<br>
error reporting ways. There's 22 files there to do the grunt work,<br>
most of which have multiple checks in them.<br>
