Hey all,<div><br></div><div>Just wanted to let you know that I took a bit of time this weekend to update the <a href="http://www.chipbennett.net/themes/theme-review/weekly-stats/">Theme Review Stats</a>.</div><div><ol><li>
The Stats now extend back to the week ending 25Jun10 - so, basically, we can see our performance from the commencement of the Theme Review Team.</li><li>I have added cumulative and average totals for all metrics, listed in parentheses after each metric in the chart legend.</li>
<li>I have reorganized the charts a bit:</li><ol><li><b>Cycle Time</b> shows the average days to close tickets, the average age of open tickets, and the age of the oldest ticket. This chart gives the best at-a-glance of our turnaround time, and how long tickets take to resolve.</li>
<li><b>Closed Tickets</b> shows # Approved, # Not Approved, # Closed-Newer-Version, and % Tickets Closed as Approved (not counting closed-newer-version). This chart shows trends in quality of tickets.</li><li><b>Tickets Opened/Closed</b> shows # Opened, # Closed, and # Open-Ticket Queue. This chart shows trends in workload.</li>
<li><b>Reviewers</b> shows # Tickets closed by reviewer. I added in the cumulative # tickets closed by reviewer.</li></ol></ol></div><div>As always: is there anything else that would be useful to track? I'm not sure what else can be feasibly pulled out of the Trac data (one thing I would like to track: repeat tickets, or how many times it takes for a Theme to pass the review - but I can't find a non-manual way to pull these data out of Trac), but if you can think of anything, let me know!</div>
