The directory naming is an automated process, based entirely on the Theme name.<div><br></div><div>As far as I know, spaces in Theme Name are converted to hyphens. So, a Theme named "Purple Pastels" will have a Theme slug (directory name) of "purple-pastels".</div>
<div><br></div><div>In order to have the Theme slug (directory name) of "purplepastels", the Theme name would have to be "PurplePastels" (no spaces).</div><div><br></div><div>Note: I'm not sure if Extend will allow both "purple-pastels" AND "purplepastels", but I've not seen anything thus far to lead me to believe that it *wouldn't*.</div>
<div><br></div><div>Also, please note: the Theme Review team has basically no control over what happens to Themes once we sync them from SVN to Extend. All we do is determine whether or not a Theme uploaded to SVN is made live in Extend.</div>

Purple Pastels 6.01 was only recently accepted as an theme update to the Theme Directory. The zip file that I submitted contained a single theme folder called "purplepastels".<br>

One of my users has just informed me that the Theme Directory download contains a single theme folder called "purple-pastels" - which I've just confirmed!<br>

Who changed it? And why?<br>

I have 2 child themes that use Purple Pastels as their parent. Both are currently available for download on <<a href="http://quirm.net/themes" target="_blank">http://quirm.net/themes</a>>. Under the circumstances, it is ESSENTIAL that the Theme Directory download retains the same folder name as submitted.<br>

I'm still flabbergasted that the theme folder name was changed without anyone even asking me about it!<br>
