I would agree: the Guidelines require that the Theme correctly indicate its license, which this one does.<div><br></div><div>I would pass a comment to the author recommending the original copyright notice (TwentyTen) be retained, and an additional notice added for the author, for the modified work - but it's not a cause for failing the review.</div>
