So we're still where we were before (for tickets prior to 1319), where a mod would need to add the author CC, and then the reviewer could add review comments? Well, let's just try to push the queue past 1319, eh? :)<div>

(Which makes sense, as normally you're adding yourself.) So you'd need to add the CC in one comment, then follow up with the final comment.</div>
