The Theme Review Team, at this time, has no access whatsoever to any means of marking a theme to be Featured.<br><br>Although it has been discussed several times internally since the Theme Review team was formed, it is not something we are even able to influence.<br>

reviewer thinks there is something distinct (looks or features) then
