the knowledge of the where and why something is required and how to adjust their
themes accordingly. This documentation is readily available on the
codex, if it is not it should be adjusted as so. Regarding this as
well I'm proposing that we 'link' to the appropriate documentation in the theme
review; or create a separate codex page under the theme_review page that
itemizes it with more information that the developer can look at.</FONT></DIV>
