Thank you for your patience as the Theme Review team have gotten our collective feet underneath us. The Theme Review process is working much more smoothly now, and you should notice that Themes are being reviewed much more quickly than only a month or two ago.<div>
<br></div><div>Regarding your Theme being rejected multiple times: we certainly understand the frustration, especially given the much more strict quality standards to which Themes are now being held accountable in order to pass the review process. Indeed, one of those higher standards is that Themes now must not generate any PHP errors or warnings, including the use of deprecated function calls. While this change may be a substantial one for Themes already in the repository, we believe that the end result for Theme users will be a more positive experience.</div>
<div><br></div><div>Please take some time to read through the <a href="http://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Review">Theme Review</a> guidelines, and let us know if you have any problems or questions regarding the current review process or criteria. As we proceed through the review process, we are expecting Theme developers to familiarize themselves with the review criteria, and to ensure that their Themes meet all guidelines prior to submission, including both the back-end criteria and the front-end unit tests.</div>
<div><br></div><div>There are some tools available to facilitate this process. For example, for ensuring that your Theme generates no PHP warnings, use the <a href="http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/log-deprecated-notices/">Log Deprecated Notices</a> plugin or the <a href="http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/debogger/">Debogger</a> plugin. (which also checks for W3C HTML validation). To verify the front-end Theme Unit Tests, you can import the current <a href="http://svn.automattic.com/wpcom-themes/test-data.2010-08-02.xml">Theme Unit Test data</a> (XML format).</div>
<div><br></div><div>Please let us know if you have any questions. We are happy to help you so that your Theme passes the review process!</div><div><br></div><div>Regards,</div><div>The WordPress Theme Review team<br><br><div class="gmail_quote">

Is there a way to move this through faster? <div><br></div><div>We've been trying to release some fixes for user for a month+ now and have fixed the reported issues; only to have more discovered to get rejected for. (They have all been minor warnings or deprecated functions issues)<div>
