hooks: I had it laid out that way to facilitate stepping through the Theme
files during the review: functions.php, header.php, index.php, comments.php,
sidebar.php, footer.php.</div>

required/recommended/optional, and still facilitates a single-pass Theme
step-through, that would be awesome. I'll take a look (later).</div>
