The only stipulation is that, if you redistribute the Theme, or if you modify it and distribute your modifications, that all such distributions also be licensed under GPL.</div>
<div><br></div><div>So:</div><div><br></div><div>1) Yes, you can modify the Theme, for personal, commercial, or any other use</div><div><br></div><div>2) You *do not* have to retain any content, including a Theme developer's credit link or copyright notice. </div>
