Philip,
Not sure what you are talking about. In page.php I simply have this:
<?php comments_template(); ?>

That pulls up comments.php, where if you scroll to the end you will see the code for exclusions:
if (is_array($disabled_pages) && count($disabled_pages) > 0 && in_array($post->ID, $disabled_pages)) {
$message_disabled = true;
}
}
else if (is_singular() && !is_page() && $suf_comments_disabled_msg_for_posts == 'hide'){
$message_disabled = true;
}
if (!$message_disabled) {
?>

<?php _e('Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time.', "suf_theme"); ?>

<?php
Themes] Suffusion - feedback

Hello,
Regarding the feedback, I checked the review
checklist that says 'No "Comments Disabled" message should be displayed.'
There is an option in the theme to hide the message. You can go to Blog
Features -> Comment Settings and pick where you want the message to show
and where you don't. Can I request reconsideration of the theme, given this
information?

Thanks,
Sayontan.
