[theme-reviewers] Theme Options and Embedded Plugins

Hello Guys,

I'm reviewing a theme and it embeds options framework for theme options 
page. The guidelines for
"Theme Security and Privacy"  says
Themes are *required* to prefix all options, custom functions, custom 
variables, and custom constants with theme-slug (or appropriate variant)

Should theme author, find and replace everything (options, function, 
etc) with theme-slug? I think so..
