​Adding up... (somewhat related)

If there is no respond from the author in let's say 7+ days, you can close
the ticket as not-approved and note about the inactivity.
Now if the reviewer does not respond within the same period of time, we
will reassign to the first available reviewer.​

Also, assigned ticket should be completed at your earliest convenience,
I've seen folks assign, go on vacation and leave the author hanging. :)
