[theme-reviewers] Themeforest policy

Hi Emil,

I was looking to submit some of our items to themeforest and looks like you
have the option to set your item 100% gpl ( for themes and plugin ) and
don't use their split license . By doing this I suppose I am ok to submit
some upsell themes/plugins even if the theme/plugin is in wordpress
directory ?
