[theme-reviewers] Theme check when uploading

Hi.

I was trying to send new .zip file in .org and theme check gives me
register_post_type() message


   - REQUIRED: The theme uses the *register_post_type()* function, which is
   plugin-territory functionality.

I would not register custom post type in a theme. The same message comes
from Theme Check Plugin. Any idea why this message is coming?

Theme is Kuorinka.
