[theme-reviewers] Redux framework may be dialing home

@Afzaal: We DO ask the user for consent. That's the thing. There was a
mistake in the code and it's been resolved.

There's a window that says "would you allow us to track anonymous data".

Truly, I am confused why you didn't see me say that above.
