[theme-reviewers] recomended vs required

Nobody is trying to single you out, nobody is making an example of you,
nobody is witch hunting anyone. Everyone just wants to make your theme
the best it can be and work with you to get your theme live. Just
consider this when interacting and don't assume someone's actions.
Asking and having an open discussion with a person always works better.
