Wait, something went wrong here. According to:
http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/license-list.html#SILOFL you're correct and
that's odd, because here
https://make.wordpress.org/themes/handbook/guidelines/resources/#gpl-compatible-font-licenses
we have it listed as compatible :|
