Can i contribute to
http://make.wordpress.org/themes/guidelines/guidelines-accessibility/ ?

For the button element:
The button element should have:
1) meaningful text, or
2) an aria-label, or
3) an additionalspanelement which is hidden for non-screenreaders by the
sr-only class
