[theme-reviewers] Latest Featured Themes, seriously?

Nothing is safe or set :)

We have zero regulations at the moment and whatever was chosen this time
around was strictly because they look good. Nothing more, nothing less.

Last month we featured Themes based on _s. There you go, we switch things
around.
