[theme-reviewers] Theme name taken by theme never released

Hi there,

Just attempted to submit my latest theme and was told that the theme name
lotus was taken.
Searching for that name led me to this -
https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/2823
which I see was closed 3 years ago and never released.

Any chance I can get the theme name lotus?
