[theme-reviewers] Theme submit error

Hello, i'm using Option Framework in my theme recently i updated it to new
version released by it's author there is no problem with theme but error
comes when i tried to submit theme to WordPress directory and also using
theme check plugin it says


   - REQUIRED: class-options-framework-admin.php. Themes should use
   add_theme_page() for adding admin pages.

i tried to change it with add_theme_page but it disappear from there here
