Totally understand that Otto, that's why it makes even more sense to get
you some more assistance for those other tasks as well.

But, assuming that will never happen, what's our other solution besides
bringing back an incentive program? I've heard a few ideas, but not much to
address the root problem that's always been present.

Or we do nothing and this conversation continues to come up time and time
again until someone who's actually in power finally steps in and fixes
things.
