[theme-reviewers] Update file in Theme Update

Hi,
How to Update single file in theme update process?

I updated Theme and Upload to Update Theme Section.

But i check my 1 file was need minor update which was left. So how to
Update File in Theme Update Step?

Do i need to Re-Upload with change version or single file attach to Ticket?
or Upload New Zip as Attachment in Ticket?

Please guide me.
