Well, it is useful to note that Flickr offers no options for licensing that
are compatible, so it's not a good place to go to get images of any sort.
Note that this is unlikely to change, as Flickr did this intentionally:

Unlike what that Flickr staff member says, I would not consider a statement
in the "description" field to be valid for licensing information, since
that could be changed later and I don't see any simple revision history to
be able to later show that it was "licensed" under a compatible license.
It's one thing to get an image from a system where there's nothing but a
description saying such, but when they have an actual "license" field, then
that should take precedence, in my mind.

So short answer: No images on Flickr are compatible at the present time.
