[theme-reviewers] A couple of doubts about the "Make" theme and what's allowed

As for the upsell text/links in the customizer: I personally don't like it,
but it's probably acceptable as long as it's reasonable/tasteful.

As for the upsell notice on every single page publish, I'm going to ask the
question a different way: is there anyone at all who finds that practice to
be *acceptable*?
