[theme-reviewers] Bundled resources license

Hi,

Thanks. I know themes need to be 100% GPL, I wasn't asking that.

If a theme uses a resource that's bundled with WordPress, like the ones
found here:

http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_enqueue_script#Default_Scripts_Included_and_Registered_by_WordPress

Does theme need to state what the license for that resource is or is it
considered part of WordPress and stating resource license detailed is not
needed?
