[theme-reviewers] Theme Options Page

Theme incorporated theme options page with just custom links linking to

1) Setting Menus
2) Front-Page Option
3) Customize
4) Background
5) Header

Is this okay...it's comes under redundancy..

My opinion it's not needed.
