[theme-reviewers] Option to create child theme from theme option

Btw, is there a "theme territory" for plugins ? :P I agree that sometimes
theme devs "try too hard", to throw-in as much option/functionality as
possible within allowed territory, but after all, it's all done in good
faith. So they should be excused they ask questions like these every now
and then, even though we know you already have too much on your plate as
review team.

To quote Otto:

I agree with this one, the point is maintenance, but it would nice if it
was allowed. Also I am still confused how a "page-template" creator falls
into plugin territory. Yes it does provide an added functionality, but that
functionality only "displays" content, it's not any different than manually
creating page-highlights.php template and putting it inside the template;
it just automates the procedure. (AFAIK they are allowed btw arent they ?
page-custom.php files inside themes ?)

Thanks for your responses in advance
