Hello team,

If a license has the following terms would it be considered as GPL compatible?

"Free, for personal or commercial use like
 all the freebies on Succo Design. Don’t redistribute these, the set may
 not be resold or sublicensed. Please link to this article if you want 
to spread this set on your blog."

That is the license in its entirety.
