[theme-reviewers] something strange is happening to the list

simple treat theme-reviewers at lists.wordpress.org like the ordinary email
address
and reply to theme-reviewers at lists.wordpress.org directly.

Simple stuff, nothing weird about it :)

If author does not reply within 7 days, you may close the ticket.
