[theme-reviewers] Admin Bar Upsell - second opinion

I have seen a discussin on wp.org but I don't know if their was a decision
or not, are we able to have 2 links under appearence? I mean theme options
+ our themes/pro version etc ? I have seen that some themes are doing it.

Also we will release a theme with all options within customizer, what do
you think would be a friendly way to add more details regarding the pro
version, within customizer? a pro version details page within appearence ?

Regarding Casey question my personal opinion is that promoting pro version
just inside theme options is enough.
