[theme-reviewers] Are "page templates" allowed ?

Ok let me put it again in a very simple way: you'll input your
address,phone and email in your theme options. And they will be shown in
the front end, styled accordingly together with a google map via that
page-contact.php page template. Would that be ok ?

I am not going to embed any forms or plugins or ask the user to install any.
