It would help theme devs make their themes look a little more configured,
rather then being a clean install.

Off the top of my head - a footer call to action. The most sane default
would be to have that setting empty because you can't possibly predict what
a user would want to have in their footer call to action.

Some users might be looking for a theme with a footer CTA. So you'd want to
show that it's available - using the theme preview.

Not a big deal, but it could be useful :)
