[theme-reviewers] improve wp-header.php?

themble.com/bones claims that WordPress throws a ton of junk in the
header. Bones takes a lot of it out.

However, I can't find much difference on Bones' header.php (listed as
below)

Is it over stated, or wp-header.php has room to optimize?
