[theme-reviewers] GPL and limiting usage

@Otto Can I add functionality to a theme that only will be activated when
the user enters a key that they need to buy? Or I have a logo in the footer
that is only removed when the commercial key is bought?

Thanks, just checking as I am not an expert on GPL.
