[theme-reviewers] Is SMOF framework allowed?

My theme, Jaguza <http://wordpress.org/themes/jaguza>, uses SMOF. I'll look
into replacing it in the next update...I'll probably have to develop a
custom framework that's as 'premium' as SMOF. SMOF really is super awesome.
That said, Chip, I do recall you having a chat with the SMOF developer and
making it clear to him that his credit links requirement contradicted GPL
