[theme-reviewers] Query about Contact page inclusion in theme

Contact forms are Plugin territory. When a user switches Themes, that user
will also lose the Theme-defined contact form.

You should pick one of the many contact-form Plugins available, and direct
your Theme users to install/use that Plugin. (You can even integrate
styling for that Plugin into your Theme, for added user benefit.)
