[theme-reviewers] Regarding default logo of theme.

P.S. to developers and reviewers: please don't bring in-ticket questions to
the mail-list, unless and until they cannot be hashed out in-ticket. Try to
work out any questions/issues in-ticket, and only if you cannot resolve the
issue, request an admin to take a look at the ticket.

Bringing an in-ticket question to the mail-list rather than working out the
matter in-ticket is just a passive-aggressive attempt to circumvent the
reviewer.
