[theme-reviewers] Regarding default logo of theme.

I am the reviewer for that ticket but this may be of interest to all
authors and reviewers to responding here instead of in-ticket.

When i set "Front page displays" to a static page and select say "Sample
page" I am not seeing "Sample page" on front end, instead I see say
"section1/section2/section3/testimonials" etc.
So I was saying by default it should show "Sample page" just in case the
user actually wants to show just a static page and have a theme option to
switch to "section1/section2/section3/testimonials"
