If they limit how you can use the code that has been distributed to you, 
that'd be a problem.

It answers the question, just not irrefutably.  That's just a matter of 
what you said.  I'm willing to trust what you say to a degree, but I 
haven't seen enough actual evidence to believe that what you're saying 
is irrefutable.

I don't recall disagreeing with you in my previous reply.  I asked a 
question.  I don't care to rebut what you're saying.  I'm simply trying 
to get the facts.
