[theme-reviewers] Several Tickets Need Adoption

As long as I know, Redux is just an Option Framework.
However, it adds the settings page via add_menu_page() which is not
acceptable here, if not the theme developer modified the code to add the
settings page via add_theme_page().

I might be wrong though.
