[theme-reviewers] General question about a situation with priority

Hello @Chip & @Emil and any other admins.

 

It's been just few days since I started reviewing themes. I came across this
ticket and wanted your inputs to be able to better manage such situation in
future.

chance:

I was trying to follow a procedure, however the user suggestion feels right
too.
