As it states in our requirements:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Theme_Review

"Commercial versions of free Themes (i.e. "freemium" or "up-sell"
Themes) are required to be released under GPL-compatible licenses".

Even the up-sell versions of your themes must be released under the
GPL. Your "regular license" is not compatible, and not acceptable.
