[theme-reviewers] No More Private Off-listing Please (out of context)

Haha, I guess I was blindsided by someone actually agreeing with me in-list
[does double-take].

And good point, this issue is bigger than just the off-list replies, but
the quality of in-list ones too as well as the fact of discussions
dissipating so quickly without anything resembling a plan or resolution.

This seems to be a problem that plagues the Make blog as well (
http://make.wordpress.org/). Granted, there are only so many people that
can filter all this info and comeback with solid tangible decisions,
there's an undeniable problem of people staying focused in-list and
following up. There's a lot of comment and dash participation.

As far as a game-plan here I don't know, a theme list guideline(s)?

* If you wish to engage in discussions, please do so in-list
* Please follow up on discussions you engage in (where subsequent
responding replies/questions have been introduced)
